DOCOMO Communications Laboratories Europe GmbH (DOCOMO Euro-Labs) belongs to the Japanese premier mobile communication operator, NTT DOCOMO. The European research subsidiary in Munich is researching on future telecommunication systems and platforms with the support of highly motivated and qualified researchers from different technical domains within a multicultural working environment. We currently have the following opening:

Working Students / Interns (Werkstudenten / Praktikanten)
Computer Vision & Multimedia Processing

We are looking for highly skilled students in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering to enforce our team starting from March 2012. Applicants should be interested in software development for cutting-edge applied research projects and meet the following requirements

•	Good programming skills in Java, C++, C# or equivalent programming languages
•	Interest in the development of mobile applications on major mobile platforms, e.g. Android, iPhone or Windows Phone
•	Preferably knowledge in one of the following areas: Computer Vision, Audio Processing, Image Processing, Video Processing, Speech Processing, Speech Synthesis, 3D Rendering or 3D Reconstruction
•	Good English language skills, both reading and conversational

The position is open to students who are enrolled in a German university or trade school and a German work/study visa is required. The work schedule can be arranged flexibly. Furthermore, the position is available also for students with the requirement to pursue an obligatory internship.
